Our story
Fami was born from a real frustration. Neighborhood administrators in Mexico have spent years managing payments in spreadsheets, announcing water shutoffs over WhatsApp, and logging visitors in paper notebooks. That fragmentation costs them time, money, and credibility with residents.
We built Fami to bring everything a modern residential community needs into a single platform: automated billing, QR-based access control, official communication, incident reporting, and AI-powered financial analytics.
What we do
Fami covers the four critical areas of any residential community:

Automated maintenance fee collection, real-time tracking, and instant digital receipts. AI transcribes receipts with OCR so the expense ledger is always up to date.
